Having lived in Portugal, England, NYC, Arkansas, and Washington DC before settling in Savannah, GA,  Zé brings a global perspective to the local real estate scene. With a BA in Geography from the University of Arkansas and a background in education from Georgia Southern University,   Zé combines his passion for learning with a keen eye for detail, making him a valuable asset to clients seeking their perfect home.

Beyond his academic pursuits,  Zé 's interests are as diverse as his background. From traveling to reading, creative writing to painting, and a deep appreciation for architecture,  Zé ’s multifaceted interests enrich his approach to real estate. His love for animals extends beyond the home, as he dedicates time to volunteering with One Love Animal Rescue, showcasing his compassion and community spirit.

As a REALTOR for eight years, Zé   thrives on the collaborative nature of his work, delighting in the opportunity to guide both buyers and sellers through the intricate process of real estate transactions. Before calling Savannah home, Catalina traversed Europe, soaking in its cultures and architectural marvels. Her academic journey began in Romania, where she earned a degree in International Financial Relations, later augmenting her expertise with a master’s degree in architecture from Savannah College of Art & Design. 

Beyond real estate, Catalina indulges in culinary explorations, film, and nurturing her garden, all while cherishing moments with her son. 

Catalina’s been working as REALTOR in Savannah for 8 years and her love for the city’s diverse architectural styles fuels her enthusiasm for helping clients find their perfect home or investment properties.
